The result of the maceration and the aging in amphora of Muscadet Orthogneiss, a richer and deeper wine emerges, which, however, maintains its airy and delicate spirit. The result of a manual harvest and an aging in amphora for about 15 months, followed by a further aging in bottle for 1 year, this Melon de Bourgogne tells of a variety, a terroir and a processing that together give life to an intense and original wine, of great pleasure and ductility. NOTES OF TASTING: -Color: It is straw yellow with golden reflections. -Aroma: The nose releases pleasant citrus scents followed by spices, herbs, medicinal plants and fennel, accompanied by gentle mineral notes in the background. -Taste: In the mouth it offers a rich and creamy sip in a sapid and well structured. FOOD PAIRING WITH: Great to accompany a whole meal of fish. It goes well with appetizers and first courses of sea, shellfish and seafood, but also with poultry and white meat cooked in a simple way.
