ワインショップで33％オフだったので買ってみた 2015と2017が一本ずつあったので、安全をみて17を 3千円ちょっと？ ものすごく強い白ワイン！ 開けたてからグラスで一晩放置したら、香りアップしてる！ アロマのボリュームは高い！ トロピカルなフルーツは少しだけドライ化 酸も高く、持続する 余韻が長い！ これって火山性で水はけのよい土壌なのかな？ 何となく、そんなイメージ Region: Sicilia Title: Sicilia Menfi doc Kind of wine: White wine doc Wine variety: Fiano 100% Year: 2017 Fermentation: in steel District of production: Menfi (Agrigento) Alcoholic proof: 13,5% The Cometa is produced with Fiano’s grapes cultivated in Campania: this is a wine endowed with minerals, a good structure and a perfect capacity of aging. The wine presents a straw yellow colour and some green reflexes, while the taste is intense, fruited and floral , in addition to many citrus fruits’, pineapple’, fields’ flowers’, chamomile’s and thyme’s hints. This kind of wine is perfect if combined with row and smoked fish, vegetables, white meats and sea soup. The cave arises in 1995 in Sicily, following an old agricultural tradition of 17 generations. Nowadays there are lots of estates where the cave produces its wines: each estate has a precise purpose and a specific quality: overall the winery extends on a surface of 363 hectares of vineyards. The project of Planeta is to conform to the past and to its traditions, but at the same time is oriented towards the future: therefore on one hand there is the need of Sicilian traditions and of their cultural knowledge, that includes wines as the Moscato of Noto and the Nerello, on the other the necessity of modernity and of an international production of wines, as the Chardonnay and the Cabernet.
