昨年のNZ旅行のお土産ワインの残り。Central OtagoのGibbstonで造られるソーヴィニヨン・ブラン。現地で45NZD。多分未輸入品。 輝きは弱めのレモンイエロー。 香りは甘いバニラから、刈り取られた芝生、そしてマルメロへと移り変わる。 微かな発泡感を伴う爽やかなアタック。様々な黄色い果実の味わいが口の中に溢れるが、ボディの厚みは控えめでフルーツボムではない。キュヴェ名の通り火打石のようなミネラル感、そして苦みに、甘い樽香が絡みつく。余韻ではまた苦みが強まり、食欲をそそるような終わり方。 樽ありSBの魅力に目覚めそう。 空き瓶：568g クロージャー：スクリューキャップ ワイナリーのホームページより。 Tasting Notes Fragrant with notes of passionfruit, papaya, mango, lime zest, and lemon blossom, this Sauvignon Blanc offers a zesty entry featuring stonefruit, guava, feijoa, and a hint of ginger. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, it has a subtle fruit sweetness. The Matapari vineyard produces a small yield of old Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with vines over 20 years old. We practice Massal Selection, replanting new vineyards with cuttings from these heritage vines. This wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is 100% barrel-fermented, delivering our favorite expression of New Zealand's most planted variety.
