The palate’s entry has a ferrous, mineral like texture with a savoury butcher shop/gun flint element wrapped around a succulent blood plum core. This is such an interesting style. It’s sleek and slender but still with lovely mid-palate weight, all sorts of floral, spicy, mineral characters and a certain wildness about it that makes it hard to look away.
