My second wine that Ive had from Le Coste.
First bottle was a 2015 Litrozzo Bianco that had volatile acidity that gave me shivers and nightmares.
Having had the 2018 vintage Bianco.
I can see why ppl go crazy for Le Coste wines.
This wine is different.
It’s skin contact wine that is well balanced
and structured.
with notes of kumquat and tangerine rind on the nose.
oily mouthfeel with good longing bitterness and puckering acidity.
good expression of an italian winemaker using 225l small French oak
