『No.1075 ポカリ感...わかる』 【ミュラートゥルガウ/2020年】 ヴァイングート・ヴァイガント/ドイツ・フランケン ・ミュラートゥルガウ100%   合わせた夕飯 ・フライ盛り合わせ(コロッケ、チキンカツ、エビフライ、メンチカツ)   淡いレモンイエローの色合い。柑橘系の香り...八朔のような要素。 そして一口...淡いガス感と共に、爽やかな柑橘の味わい。レモン...いや、グレフルだな。キュッとくる酸味にコリっとミネラル、後味のほのかなバニラなニュアンスとほろ苦さ。 これの味わいにポカリ...と書かれた方がいたのだが、まさにその通り！ フライ盛り合わせとバッチリ合うミュラートゥルガウ。これは実に美味しい！ごちそうさまでした。

久々の自然派ワインショップの試飲 今までずっと無料だったのが、今回100ペソと札が立っていたので、ついに有料化したのね？と聞いたら、今日はどっちでもいいと言われたので、最後の無料試飲！ 白はドイツ、フランケンのミュラートゥルガウ アルコール度数は低いけど、味わいはしっかり 不快臭無し 美味しい❣️ 2018ヴィンテージ販売サイトの情報↓ ドイツ・フランケンで20代からナチュラルなワイン造りに没頭するアンディ、ミュラートゥルガウを直接圧搾後600Lの樫樽で2ヶ月発酵、マロラクティック発酵(リンゴ酸が乳酸に変化し酸味が和らぎまろやかになる)とシュールリー熟成(澱と共に熟成)を行いSO2無添加で瓶詰めしました。ややクリーミーなライトイエロー、金木犀やレモネードの香り、塩味を帯びたミネラル感とピールの苦みをアクセントに、瑞々しくサラサラと流れるおしとやかな印象です。 MTH '18 Andi Weigand is the third generation who produces wines in Weigand. Andi’s father was the first to make wine in his family. Andi took over the winemaking duties from his father in 2015, and in 2018 decided to make the conversion to organics and natural winemaking. He says his father, unusually for the area and his generation, was very supportive of his desire to go in this direction. He now works as a team with his father, directing all the winemaking decisions. His vineyards are located on the Iphöfer Kronsberg, a slope that features Keuper soil. He uses an 80 year old basket press and very large wooden barrels. While he has modernized the winery, he has also maintained tradition: every grape is picked by hand, and every wine is carefully handcrafted, with incredible attention to detail. All wines are filled without filtration or adding any sulfur. Description: This is a really special one - the vines are the oldest Müller-Thurgau vines in our whole region (Steigerwald). He is over 60 years old and the vines are planted very close to each other. Is something really special for us to work in this vineyard. After the harvest he is pressed on an old basket press. After the pressing he fermented in old oak barrels. Maybe one of the oldest Müller-Thurgaus you ever will taste. The 2019 harvest gave smaller yields but exceptional quality. Single vineyard Muller Thurgau, pressed directly and transferred to large German oak for 9 months before bottling. The wines are fresh, reviving and clean. No added sulphur.
