La Trinidad Winery was born out of a taste for wine and good food in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California. Combining fantastic elements with winemaking, our magical labels Fauno, Minotauro and Afrodita are created. QUALITY AND TASTE With an adequate climate to convert grapes into wine, we achieve a unique flavor and aroma. In La Trinidad, we want you to have an experience full of sensations. MINOTAURO Varietals: CABERNET, NEBBIOLO, RUBY CABERNET Alcholic grade: 13.9% Type of bottle: 750ml Elaboration: 13 months in new French Oak barrels. Profile sheet: This wine presents good aromatic intensity, with fresh notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries and a backdrop of pepper and caramelized apple. On the palate, you can experience a juicy and strong flavor, firm tannins and warm alcohol with a pleasant middle taste, where the ripe raspberry and a light touch of spices such as cloves and fresh rosemary are savored. Long finish and a delicate aftertaste of ripe red fruits.
