To preserve the complexity of our vineyards and ensure that we have numerous lots to choose from during blending, we individually ferment each block and varietal. Then, after extensive sensory analysis, we select our very finest blocks and barrels of wine to craft our PEAK wines. 93 James Suckling Very attractive and intense aromas of limes and white peaches with grassy and fresh-herb notes, too.
