日本シリーズワインがそろそろ終わりそうなので、いよいよoakridgeワイナリーに手をつけてみようかと(^-^)ﾀﾉｼﾐｰ 2015 SPARKLING BLANC DE BLANCS (HPより転載) ■DESCRIPTION Glazed pastry, sourdough and green nectarine aromas dominate. So　lightly toasty and fresh. There’s yeast and a clotted cream　character that add a sense of depth. Finely detailed. The palate is creamy and textural with a delicate with a lacy web of acidity interwoven throughout. Cream, yeast, granny smith apples and buttery pastry flavours flow along before finishing with a preserved-lemon like tang. (転載終了) 初めてのoakridgeの記念すべき一本目は BLANC DE BLANCSにしてみました。 グラスからあふれでる爽やかな青リンゴと蜜、きめ細かく滑らかな泡、鼻から抜けるトースト香、はぁー旨い(^-^)ｷﾀｲﾄﾞｵﾘ 初めての海外ワイナリーとのやり取りから直輸入して、少しは行き違いなどのやり取り(ワイナリー側が適当でした)はありましたが、無事に届いて嬉しかったです┐(´∀｀)┌ﾔﾚﾔﾚ
