Orlando Abrigo's philosophy is to produce wines from sustainable vineyards and with great respect to nature. This white wine is mainly made with Chardonnay and a little bit of Nascetta, which is a native and aromatic grape variety of the region. The wines are left to spend some time on lees, delivering richness and complexity. The two wines made from the different grapes are then aged separately in stainless steel and French oak barriques for around 9 months. After blending, the wine gains lovely freshness and Chardonnay characteristics like butter and oak. The palate is full and inviting with a persistent finish.
