ヴァルポリチェッラは久しぶりに頂きます。アマローネも含めヴェネトの赤は苦手に思うところがあり、福袋に入っていたものの手がつかずにいました。 暗いガーネット。 ブラックベリー、カシス、バジル、バラ、なめし革、チョコレート、朽ちた木。開けたては甘い樽の香りがするが、コラヴァンを使っても翌日からは落ち着く。 力強いアタックに、こなれつつもまだ鋭さが残る酸。果実味は凝縮感があり、タンニンはビロードのように滑らか。 これは良いヴァルポリチェッラ。欠点が見当たらず全体的にとても良い状態。ヴェネトの赤も攻めてみたくなりました。 空き瓶：449g クロージャー：確認忘れ La Fabriseria Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore Listening to an excellent terroir The grapes that come from the La Fabriseria vineyard, situated within Valpolicella Classica (municipalities of Sant’Ambrogio and Fumane), are left to overripen on the vine before being harvested. After alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years and in the bottle for 6 months. This important Grand Cru from Valpolicella has remarkable structure and is complex and elegant. It pairs excellently with red meat, in particular lamb and goat, game, and aged cheeses.
