この日はGWの近場の旅行の初日。行きの電車で途中下車した横浜で、以前買って感動したシャンパンに再会してしまいました。 旅行の荷物にはなってしまうものの、ハーフボトルなら大した荷物にはならないだろうと思い、一本、旅のお供として連れて行くことにしました。 お店を出たところでお昼ご飯の時間になり、恒例の旅先での鰻重を食べることに(^-^)ｳﾏｲｯ 旅先のホテルでは、夕食後のひとときに連れて帰ったちびシャンを抜栓。これまた、去年の感動が甦ってきました。 青リンゴと蜜、濃厚なトースト香とクリーミーな泡(^-^)ｳﾏｲｯ このひとときが本当に幸せですヽ(´▽`)/

It is an ideal champagne for an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal. ■A family know-how Proud to produce its champagne independently, the family has joined the Independent Winegrowers label. This label, a sign of independent viticulture, offers champagne lovers the guarantee of a quality wine. Sourdet Diot champagnes are made with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley terroir. Characterized by its rusticity, Pinot Meunier offers a natural resistance to spring frost that other grape varieties do not have. As a result, the wines are pleasantly fruity. Chardonnay gives Sourdet-Diot champagnes their finesse in the mouth. ■A terroir The Sourdet Diot family's 11 hectares of vines are located in the heart of the Marne Valley. This terroir is undoubtedly the best known in the whole of the Champagne AOP and is the preferred land for "Blanc de Noirs" Champagnes (champagnes produced with red or black grapes with white juice). ノエル・アラモード2015で購入したやつだけど、2016で銘柄を気にせず試飲だけでも同じ作り手のを買ってた(◎-◎;) やっぱり、この味わいが好みなんだろうな～(^_^;)

これは好みのタイプ 酸味とｺｸ、余韻がちょうど良い 寒い日はやっぱり鍋 ｷﾝｷﾝでﾊﾌﾊﾌに限る(笑)

スルデ・ディオはかつてヴーヴクリコに全ブドウ提供していた、レコルタン・マニュピュランだそうです。 ブリュット・トラディションは、ピノの厚味を感じます。 苦味とアプリコットのような甘さの他にも、はちみつや花の香りを感じます。 肉とかでもおいしく飲めそうです(^^)
