ソーヴィニオンブラン尽くしの会 な、何なんだ、このソーヴィニオンブランは‼️ 今まで何度もギリシャワインセミナーに通ったけど、こんなワインは初めてお目にかかりました(° o°)! お花畑の中にブドウを植えたの⁈ というくらいフローラルで香水のようにアロマティック❣️ 白バラやエルダーフラワーではなく、ジャスミン！(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) 【現行ヴィンテージ2017の情報】 Type: White, dry, local Corinthian wine. Production: 3.000 bottles. Producer: A. & G. Papaioannou - GR 20500 Ancient Nemea / Corinthia Area of production: Nemea / Peloponnese. Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc 85%, Malagouzia 15% Vinification - Bottling: At the family winery in Ancient Nemea Characteristics: An intense flavor of yellow fruits with passion fruit, honey, melon, ripe figs and a crisp acidity. Gastronomic aspects: Chinese dishes, smoked fish or meat. Serving temperature: 5 degrees. Type of vinification - maturing: Classical white fermentation at a controlled temperature.
