La Galaxia Rosado

飲み放題8種目！ ポルトガルのロゼ プロヴァンス的だったような Description Producer - Fento Country - Portugal Region - DAO Grape - Jaen, Baga and Alfrocheiro Alcohol - 12.5% Born out of a collaboration with Portuguese winemaker Alvaro Castro, La Galaxia Rosé comes from the Quinta da Pellada vines, spread throughout the mountainous area of the Estrela mountain range, which shelters them from the Atlantic wind. Vines are between 3 and 65 years old planted at an average altitude of 550 metres. Total area is 60 Ha planted on granite soils with both sand and clay lines. Viticulture is organic. Grapes are picked by hand and after de-stemming are they pressed directly. Fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. This pale rosé displays citrus and white flower aromas on the nose. On the palate, it reveals its a beautiful strength that brings persistence and a fruity yet salty finish. Balanced and elegant.
