牡蠣に合うワインを求めてこちらのミュスカデを。シュール・リーです。 スッキリした口当たり。ややミネラル感もあり牡蠣へのマリアージュを期待したのですが、そこそこでした(笑)

心地よい酸味、このミュスカデは酸味だけじゃなーい！ 撮るのを忘れたアサリの白ワインソースの柚子胡椒パスタとの相性が抜群！ たまたま作ったリンゴのコンポート。 これもまた相性良し。

シンプル。 悪くないけど特徴のないワイン。 This wine is pale lemon in color. It is clean, youthful and simple. It has medium(-) intensity, and the aroma of citrus fruit such as lemon and grapefruit, and a hint of apple. It’s dry and medium+ in acidity, and medium alcohol. The body of this wine is medium-, and has medium intensity in flavor, like lemon, cut grass, lime, with a hint of white peach, and medium finish.
