先週金曜日の有料試飲 9月は独立記念日があるから、メキシコワインを出すと前週聞いたのに、スペインでした^^; 一つめは、ナバーラのガルナッチャブランカ クリーンで元気がある、キリッとミネラリーで酸もある 好きなタイプではあるのだけど、これがナバーラのガルナッチャとなると、どういうコンセプトでどういう造り方をしたのか、知りたくなる ワイナリーサイトから↓ Umea Grenache Blanc 8,00€ Our white village wine is a 100% Grenache Blanc, a true reflection that great whites can be made in the Baja Montaña. Medium-low fertility that guarantees limited yields and production. Did you know that: Grenache Blanc is a mutation of Grenache Noir, and that is a minority variety in Navarre. Wines After a manual harvest, the grapes from each plot are vinified separately in concrete tanks and 400-litre French oak barrels.
