経験者採用の内定者懇親会。4杯目と6杯目はオーガニックのプリミティーヴォ。 この品種にありがちなストロベリー感は抑えめで、わりと渋い（タンニンの意味ではない）ワイン。中庸さが気に入って2杯も飲んだ…のだと思います。 以下、ワイナリーサイトより。 GRAPES – Primitivo 100% Certified Organic GRAPE YIELD – 80 qli/ha ORIGIN – Agro di Copertino ALTITUDE – 75 m s.l.m. TRAINING METHOD – Guyot PLANT DENSITY – 5.000 plants/ha AGING – in steel ALCOHOL CONTENT – 13% Vol. RESIDUAL SUGAR – 4-6 g/l Tasting Notes Purple-red wine with ruby reflections, with a clear and consistent appearance. The nose is complex and intense, characterized by notes of cherry jam and carob, accompanied by floral hints of violet. The taste is dry, tannic, warm and quite soft. A balanced wine with a good structure and a long and persistent tannin.
