ワインバーでのグラスオーダー2杯目は、ソムリエさんがスモイ好きの私に勧めておいてくれた、ペネデスのロゼ カバに使われる白ブドウ品種にスモイを加えたロゼのようです これもナチュール♪ ワイナリーは17世紀から存在⁉︎ 最近、耕作放棄されていた古い畑を整備して土着品種を復活させる流れを支えるワイナリーの一つなのでしょう うーん、はっきり言って、スモイらしさはあまり感じられませんでした 少しぷっくりした印象のロゼで、スペインでは10ユーロぐらいで売られているものなので、カジュアルに香りと喉ごしを楽しめばそれでいいワインなのかな٩◔̯◔۶ 2020ヴィンテージの情報 ↓ This is the new vintage of La Rosa, produced by winemaker Pepe Raventós through his personal project: the terroir-oriented, environmentally friendly Can Sumoi winery. This organic Spanish rosé wine, formerly produced by Raventós i Blanc, is made from vineyards located nearby Can Sumoi, a magnificient estate surrounded by Mediterranean forests and located in Serra de L'Home, at an altitude of 650 metres above sea level, in the highest area belonging to the DO Penedès. All of the farming and winemaking processes, both at the vineyard and in the cellar, are performed following organic and biodynamic procedures and minimal intervention techniques. This natural wine is made from a truly indigenous blend of Xarel·lo, Sumoll and Parellada grapes. Harvested during August and September, they were destemmed, lightly crushed and macerated for 2 hous with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. La Rosa 2020 completed a spontaneous malolactic fermentation. This versatile organic rosé wine was not filtered or stabilized before its bottling. Nose This peculiar blend of the red and white grapes Sumoll, Xarel·lo and Parellada is extremely delicate on the nose. Suggestions of wild berries, and a distinctive note of pears, alongside a classy bouquet of white flowers and fragrant roses. Palate Fresh, very pleasant, suggestive. Light-bodied, dry and inviting, with lively remembrance of cherries and raspberries and a great acidity. This young rosé wine of the Can Sumoi winery feels very pure, and has a pleasant, citrusy finish.

スペインのロゼ 花の香り〜と少しハーブシトラス、、、 割と辛口で、美味しかったです。 食事に合いますね〜 綺麗な色〜 文旦を入れたお出汁をかけた 炭火焼のホーボーに桜エビのオイルを垂らしたものと 一緒に。合います〜 ホーボー美味しいです好きなんですよね〜
