vinicaへの挑戦その2 おしい、tettaのシャルドネは認識してくれた！…。 ワインとしての出来は申し分ないですね。余韻とか、密度感とか、足りない部分も確かにあるし、まだまだ改良の余地はあるけど、それなりの雰囲気は出てるし、美味しいシャルドネと思ったのは間違いない。少なくともへっぽこジャパニーズワインの域はとうに越えてる。 ただ、このパンダはかわいいとは思えない…。
