アルザスのマルク クライデンヴァイスにて試飲 ヴィーベルスベルグ グランクリュ リースリング 2016 ヴィーベルスベルグはアンドローの村の上部（北部？）に位置する畑で、woman’s hillという意味だそう 土壌はヴォージュ山脈のピンクサンドストーン 保温性が高い畑 18〜24ヶ月フードルでアルコール発酵およびMLFをしている 香りは蜜、アカシア、菩提樹、リンゴ レモン、グレープフルーツなど柑橘も エレガントで女性らしさを感じるワイン 後味にはきめ細かいほろ苦味を感じる わざわざ日本から一人で来た客だからか、お土産に、背景に写っている、毎年変わるエチケットのポスターをいただきましたヾ(๑╹◡╹)ﾉ” フレーミングして飾ろうと思いつつ、まだ手付かず┏( ﾟωﾟ)ゝ Wiebelsberg についてメモ ↓ With its steep slopes and sandy soil, Wiebelsberg is considered a hot terroir. Composed of brown-pink sandstone sand, the soil is light and homogeneous in the upper part and more clayey and pebbly in the lower half. The substrate of this Grand Cru is made of upper Vosges sandstone which is masked downstream by deposits of soliflucted materials from the Quatenary period. The sandstone is mostly made of quartz grains cemented by a siliceous or ferruginous matrix – intercalated. The soils are sandy and porous: they heat quickly. Their steep slope benefits from all the heat restored by the rocks. A south-west and south-east exposure, an altitude between 250 and 300 m and a river at the bottom of the valley are all factors which create a favorable microclimate for producing Grand Cru wines. クライデンヴァイスのサイトより ↓ Wiebelsberg Grand Cru South-east facing, on a steep slope at the exit of the village, the Wiebelsberg is located on a pink sandstone soil of the Vosges. えっ、あまり日本人は来ないのかな？ 美味しいワインの作り手だから自分ならもし行けるなら行きたいとこですが(^^) ポスターは三枚目写真の後ろのもの？！ 飾ったらインテリアに良さそうですね♪

YDさん アルザスのいわゆる観光地の街を歩いても、レストランに入っても、日本人どころかアジア人をほとんど見かけなかった。女性の一人旅は私以外皆無⁉︎٩( ᐛ )و 宿泊した個人で部屋を貸している宿のオーナーの女性は、今までに日本人が何回か来たことがあるが、男性一人で言葉が通じなかったから話したことがなかったと言ってた。 そこはマルセルダイスまで歩いてすぐのとこなので、出張で来た人が予約サイトの評価を見てホテルかと思って来ちゃったのかなって話したの。 アルザスに行くならどこのワイナリーがいいか、何人かに相談してクライデンヴァイスに行ったんだけど、カーナビがなければ行き着けないような小さな村の小さなワイナリーでした。 もらったポスターはそれ。飾るのが楽しみ♪
