少し間をおきましたが、オージーワインの続きです。 2017 SPARKLING ROSE (HPより転載) ■VARIETIES Pinot Meunier ■WINERIES OAKRIDGE ■VINTAGE　2017 ■REGION　Yarra Valley ■DESCRIPTION Pale salmon-rose with a subtle pink hue “Aromas of pink grapefruit, red apple tart pastry and freshly baked scones dominate over flashes of poached berries and summer pudding. The palate is creamy, textural and round and flavored with red berry fruit, cream and notes of biscuit. The bright acidity snaps the wine into line adding both persistence and refreshment.” ■WINEMAKING NOTES Handpicked and chilled overnight before whole bunch pressing to tank for a natural fermentation. 20% was fermented in old oak to add complexity. Once through primary fermentation, the tank and oak portions were blended and encouraged to go through malolactic conversion. The finished base wine was then sent to tirage for its secondary fermentation in bottle, where it remained sur lie for 2 years prior to disgorging in September 2019, with a dosage of 7g/L. ■GROWING CONDITIONS Sourced from the north facing Willowlake vineyard in the red volcanic soils of Glaysdale. (転載終了) 無性にシュワシュワが欲しくなり、手元に唯一あったこちらを抜栓。 グラスに注ぐとキレイなロゼの色味。チロチロと一筋の泡が登っていくのが見えます。 グラスからはほんのりとイチゴの香りに癒されます。それからグラスを傾け、スーっと一口頂くと、それはまさしくイチゴ畑、アフターは辛口で切れ味爽やか(^-^)旨し この日のお昼ごはんは、野暮用でお出掛けした先の帰り道に立ち寄った名店、成城にあるとんかつ椿で注文したロースカツです。こちらはサクサクの衣で重たくなく、丁度良い脂身で、ふわっふわのキャベツの千切りも絶品、申し分なく美味しかったです(^-^)こちらも旨し！
