焼き鳥といえば赤ワイン。ワインに疎い夫が買ってきてくれた中の奇跡の一本

ぶどうの品種不明 醤油っぽさというか やや酸味を帯びていて渋みを伴います。 ちょっと好みではありませんでした(..) お供は生姜焼き⭐️

グアダラハラ2日目の晩は、カルネ…フゴを食べた後、ワインバーへ ワインのことはまるで分からないという知り合いに代わり、私が飲んだことのないサカテカスのメキシコワインを注文するも、昨夜売れ過ぎたので品切れだと（向こうが勧めてきたのに…） メキシコのメルローのロゼは、注文したハモンセラーノやラクレットにはフルーティ過ぎたし、一つのメキシコワインはウイスキー並に樽が強い、もう一つのマイナーなフランスワインは万人受けしなさそうだったので、試飲させてくれたものの中からは選べず、ハズれなさそうなリオハを注文 2012年という割には古さを感じず、少し熟成感あり ボディもミディアム程度で飲みやすいが、これと言って特筆すべき特徴もない 安かったのでこんなものか 2011の情報↓ Elaboración: Fermentación alcohólica controlada a temperatura de 24ºC, contacto con pieles durante 12 días. Fermentación maloláctica espontánea en tanques subterraneos, posterior paso por barrica de roble americano de altísima calidad y seminueva durante 18 meses. El vino es después criado en botella 6 meses antes de salir de bodega. Winemaker Notes Bright and clean with a purple rim. Fresh and fruity. Very expressive blackberry and strawberry jam. Balanced with oak barrel aromas that provide depth and character, wrapped with sweet notes. Round and sweet on the palate, this wine invites you to go in for another sip. Complex and elegant with fruity and sweetwood notes in the aftertaste. ワイナリーについて↓ Established in 1870, Bodegas Montecillo is one of the oldest wineries in the D.O. Rioja. The name, Montecillo—or little mountain—speaks to the irregular topography of the Rioja vineyards. Surrounded by vines and close to the waters of the majestic Ebro river, the city of Fuenmayor is set amongst flat topped hills, and in the distance, the distinctive rocky mass of the Cantabrian Mountains. Montecillo’s ancient underground ‘bodega’ houses hand stacked bottles that remain undisturbed until reaching optimal roundness, including vintages that date back to 1926, the year that the Rioja Designation of Origin was created. The wines are crafted to enjoy a long bottle life; they continue bottle ageing longer than those from other wineries in the region. フレッシュな苺の香り。 結構強めの渋みと酸味。 全体としてはかなり軽い印象。 2016とは思えない軽さです。

香りが良い。すみれのようなフラワー系の香りが鼻を抜けていくような感じが心地いい。美味いなぁ…。

Montecillo , Rioja Crianza Tempranillo 2014 赤いチェリー感に、程よく熟成感もあって、飲み頃かと。 鰆の塩焼きに、ちょいマヨ&レッドペッパーで。

テンプラニーリョですが、酸味が強めでした。

パリのラファイエットの飲食コーナーで飲んだので、また飲みたくてさがしたもの。 ダークレッド、深みのある色。スパイシーな香りからスミレの花。まろやかな酸味で赤いベリー系の味。舌の先でスルーっと流れていく、タンニンは軽めです。 1400円程度ではコスパ高し。
