グレリパとキンデリの夕べに参加していた、有能なクラフトビール醸造家Jos Ruffel氏が、Garage Projectというブランドで作ったマールボロのSB 事前のリストにはなかったワインですが、会がお開きになりかけた頃、Josが出してくれました❣️ 私の知るNZ SBのナチュールでは最も美味しい(*ꆤ.̫ꆤ*)♥ だけどきれいで優しく、和むワイン 『Your invitation to a moving feast of three Organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs designed to showcase the impact of different winemaking techniques on a classic Kiwi style. Like any good feast, towards the end, things can get a little wild. For mains, a mixture of classic and contemporary with a blend of 40% whole bunches pressed into the barrel and stainless and 60% fermented on skins for 12 – 22 days.』
