夕飯のテイクアウトピザはハラペーニョがのってメキシコ版ラー油もかかったピリ辛のを選んだので、ワインもメキシコのロゼにしたのですが、ピザにハラペーニョがのっていなかったという(T-T)ｳｪｪーﾝ 仕方がないので、自作したハバネロの酢漬けと共に食べたら、結果オーライでした！ でもこのロゼは… 大好きなバジェのオーガニックなワイナリー、フィンカ・ラ・カロディージャのものですが、ちょっとキャンディっぽかったから、ほとんどピザとは別に飲んじゃいました(^_^; ワイン名の「ポレン」とは、花粉の意味です エチケットも可愛い⊂二二（　＾ω＾）二⊃ﾌﾞｰﾝ スイカキャンディなのかアセロラキャンディなのか… カクテルのコスモポリタンにも似ている オレンジフラワーやカモミールの香りも アルコールはやや強めの14% ブドウは色々使用

先日訪問したカロディージャから、最新ヴィンテージの同じワインが届いたので、昨年のものを開けてみました( ⊙‿⊙) 使用された品種は明かされていませんが、ブレンドのロゼ 2020と見比べると、最新の方が赤みが強く、こちらは淡いサーモンピンク オレンジ、ラズベリーにピーチや赤いプラムの香り ピンク色の大ぶりな花を思わせる香りも 丸みのある口当たりでふくよか 口の中でふわっと広がるその味わいはとてもドライ 軽いフローラルな蜂蜜の残り香 やはり、いいワインです♥︎◟⌣̈⃝◞♥︎ カブと鶏肉の煮物やさつま芋ご飯と共に あるワインショップによれば、シラーとグルナッシュのブレンドのよう シトラス、イチゴにドライフルーツの香り、チェリーにスイカに蜂蜜の味わいとは、私の感想とは違うなぁﾟ(∀) ﾟ ↓ SYRAH/GRENACHE COLOR Color Salmon, limpio, brillante y transparente NARIZ Aromas a fruta seca y cítricos. Fresa y Sandia, Cascara de Naranja BOCA Buena acidez. Predominan sabores citricos en boca.
