毎年恒例、鴨食べながら誕生日祝い。私の持参はスペイン、カステルデングスのタラルン2011。セラーに10年近く寝てました。シラーにしてはエレガント。 シラー好きじゃないのでこのまま寝続けそうだったのを救済笑笑。

Interesting balance of sharpness and body. Fermented in a stone pot gave a unique feature. 32 Euros may be a bit too much but worth a try. Thanks for recommendation by Marco of wine Factory BCN.
